Ken Parrish has raised aid to assist Christian families that suffered loss after the hurricane in September. He is helping each of these families to restore their homes and replenish their crops. Thank you to all of those who provided some of this assistance to Ken to make this much needed trip. 

Prayers and Support News

Many of you may have heard about the recent hurricane that hit Nicaragua. While a minimal numbers of lives were lost, there were 25 Christian families that suffered damage to their homes and crops. This type of damage can be devastating to the welfare of these saints. At this time funds are being raised for these brethren (not by this site or any organization) but simply by those who are directly traveling to assist those in need. Ken Parrish is one of those who is seeing that these families are helped in a timely manner.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting this website about the church in Nicaragua. I hope that you find this information inspiring and motivating in your service to the Lord as you gain a knowledge of this work and as you begin to have a sincere love for the saints throughout the land.

NOTE: While many other sound churches meet in other parts of Nicaragua, I have only posted links to those that I have assembled with or other faithful saints have informed me about. If you know about another congregation in Nicaragua that is sound in the faith and is doing the will of the Lord, please let me know so that I can post them here. There are now churches in and near Leon that we have worked with recently. These are not posted on the map, but are now sound churches that we must pray for and work with on our trips.
